William “Bill” Brooks Cullingford, 82, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and quiet wisdom that will live on in all who knew him.
Bill was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Rosanne Cullingford, and a proud father to Michelle Owens and Joseph Rea. He found immense joy in his role as a grandfather to Brittany, Tavan, Danielle, Mila, Addie, and Braxton, and as a great-grandfather to Jamie, Milani, and Raelynn, each of whom brought light and laughter into his life.
He is also survived by his brother, Larry Cullingford, with whom he shared a lifelong bond.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Eli and John Cullingford, and his brother, Kenny Cullingford.
Known for his steady presence, kind heart, enduring dedication to his family, and his heroic time in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War, for which he earned a Bronze Star. Bill will be remembered as someone who showed up when it mattered most. His memory will be carried forward in the stories shared, the values he instilled, and the love he gave so freely.
A life well lived, a man deeply loved, and a legacy that will not be forgotten.
The Cullingford Family has entrusted arrangements to Roseboro's Mortuary & Crematory.
