Samuel Eugene Polk Sr, 61 passed away Sunday, August 17, 2025.

A Funeral to Celebrate the Life of Samuel will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at Roseboro's Mortuary and Crematory, 4300 Statesville Rd, Charlotte, NC 28269.

Visitation will start at 12:00 PM and Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 PM.

The Polk Family have entrusted arrangements to Roseboro's Mortuary & Crematory.
