Ruby Thompson, 91, passed on Friday, July 18, 2025.

A service will be held to honor Ruby on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 125 Weathers St. Forest City, NC 28043. The visitation will begin at 10:00 AM and the service will follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will immediately follow the service at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Dawkins-McDowell Rd.

The Thompson Family have entrusted arrangements to Roseboro's Mortuary & Crematory.
