Jerrie Jean Olson, February 27, 1935 – November 14, 2025, 90, passed peacefully at her daughter’s home in Waxhaw, NC.

A service to Celebrate the Life of Jerrie will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025 at 11:00 am at South Mecklenburg Presbyterian Church, 8601 Bryant Farms Road, Charlotte, NC 28277.

Jerrie was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and moved to Maryland in the 1960’s where she raised her family. Jerrie retired from the U.S. Secret Service in Washington D.C. in 2005. She previously was the Executive Secretary to the Director of the Assassination Records Review Board.

Jerrie was a proud mother and grandmother. She is survived by, son Dr. Bradley J. Olson and wife, Sharon of Davidsonville, MD; and daughter, Adrian Soderlund and husband, Jon of Waxhaw, NC. Her grandchildren are Connor Olson, Kelsey Olson, Logan Soderlund, and Shay Soderlund.
