A Service to Celebrate the Life of Howard will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at Roseboro's Mortuary & Crematory, 4300 Statesville Rd, Charlotte, NC 28269. Visitation service will begin at 12:00 PM and Funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM.

Interment will be held at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, 1504 W Sugar Creek Rd, Charlotte, NC 28262.
