Donald Keith Holbrook, age 71, of Charlotte, North Carolina, died on May 19, 2026. He was born on September 6, 1954, in Huntersville, NC, the son of the late Charles Holbrook and Elizabeth Simpson Holbrook. He was a 1972 graduate of North Mecklenburg High School and a 1976 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Survivors include his children, Jennifer H. Pratt and Adam C. Holbrook, and his beloved grandchildren, Caden, Callie, Alfred, and Kirra. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Pamela H. Bowman.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 30, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Huntersville Arts and Cultural Center.
