David Jennings Maston, 59 passed away Saturday, August 26, 2023.

David Jennings Maston was born on November 5, 1963, at Presbyterian hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina to Jenning W. and Ruby P. Maston. David was a native Charlottan and graduated from North Mecklenburg high school in 1980. He is survived by his two siblings: brother Gary Maston of Charlotte, and sister Dianne Allen of Charlotte, nieces: Shelby Nayaert of Yadkinville, NC. and Jennifer Maston of Lexington, NC. David loved music, sports and family. There will be a memorial cook out in David's honor at the family home in Derita, NC. on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 2:00pm. Everyone is welcome, Rain or Shine.
