Alvin Chavis, Sr., 74, passed on Thursday, November 27, 2025.

A service will be held to honor Alvin on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Bible Presbyterian Church, 6237 Rumple Rd. Charlotte, NC 28262. The visitation will begin at 11:00 AM and the service will follow at 11:30AM. Interment will immediately follow the service at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, 1520 W. Sugar Creek Rd. Charlotte, NC 28262.

The Chavis Family have entrusted arrangements to Roseboro's Mortuary & Crematory.
